Kelsey McNulty-Kowal, M.S.

Mental Performance Consultant

I earned my Master of Science in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Western States and am working towards becoming Certified as a Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) from the Association of Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). In working towards obtaining this certification, I have interned at the United States Military Academy at West Point at the Center for Enhanced Performance. I worked holistically with cadets in their military, academic, and sport pursuits, teaching them how to utilize various mental skills such as goal setting, attention and focus, confidence, and overcoming fear. I swam competitively for most of my life and at the collegiate level at Rollins College. I picked up running shortly after graduating and now enjoy racing half marathons! I strive to work with athletes who want to enhance their performance and improve their overall wellbeing. I feel passionate about guiding others towards becoming the best versions of themselves and living a meaningful, connected, and autonomous life.
